AI contestants with their own agendas

Every housemate has a personality, a private agenda, and a memory. They move between rooms on their own, notice when you keep following them, seek out witnesses when they want a scene, and avoid you when they suspect you're hunting drama. Nobody is a prop — the simulation runs whether you steer it or not.

Procedural drama, not a fixed script

Episodes are generated from the current state of the house: heat between contestants, secrets in play, producer pressure, and the ratings curve. Random house events (blackouts, surprise parties, leaked confessionals) fire on a seeded roll, so two seasons with the same cast diverge fast.

Crash outs and consequences

Push someone far enough and their crash meter tips over into a full public crash out — with persistent fractures in their relationships that follow them for the rest of the season. Cool them down instead and you buy loyalty you can cash in at the jury.

Simulated eliminations and a jury finale

Each episode ends with a vote. Survive to the finale and the people you eliminated decide your fate: your edit, your receipts, your alliances and your betrayals are all scored. Three playstyles — drama, charm and strategy — win in genuinely different ways.

Mini-games decide the risky moments

Chancy plays route into a mini-game instead of a dice roll: Lie Detector, Tea Spill, Mirror Match, Hot Seat, and Grocery Cart Dash. Try them all free in the Minigame Sandbox.

How the simulation runs

  1. Draft. Pick 7 housemates from 12 audition tapes.
  2. Play the episode. Move room to room, pick scenes, and spend your moves.
  3. The house simulates back. NPCs move, scheme, pair up and blow up off-screen.
  4. Ratings and pressure update. A boring week raises producer pressure until something explodes.
  5. Elimination. Someone leaves and joins the jury.
  6. Finale. Pitch your season; the jury scores it and crowns a winner.
